Yubei Factory of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is the birthplace of Changan autonomous cars and the first autonomous car production base of Changan.
Factory was established in October 2004, covers an area of about 750 mu, construction area of about 255 mu.
The total investment of the factory is 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual designed production capacity is 280,000 units, which has made outstanding contributions to the sales of Chinese brand cars.
The factory has two bases (Yubei Base, fish mouth base), six functional departments and four process workshops, employing a total of more than 8,000 people.

今年年初，湖北省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳發(fā)布印刷行業(yè)、表面涂裝(汽車制造業(yè))揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等3項強(qiáng)制性地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的公告,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施日期定于2020年7月1日,與《揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物無組織排放控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 37822- 2019)全面執(zhí)行日期為同一天。
據(jù)最新通知,湖北省新版《表面涂裝(汽車制造業(yè))揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》延期執(zhí)行,將于2021年1月1日起實施。
此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中首次提出了,“苯系物”和“非甲烷總烴”的特別排放限值控制要求,其指標(biāo)限值與北京地標(biāo)一致,屬全國最嚴(yán)限值。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了湖北省表面涂裝(汽車制造業(yè))揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制和監(jiān)測、生產(chǎn)工藝和管理要求,以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實施與監(jiān)督要求。
與其他省(市)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比,湖北省《表面涂裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》主要具有以下特點：
一是考慮到湖北汽車行業(yè)分布及臭氧污染防治重點區(qū)域,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中首次提出了”苯系物”和”非甲烷總烴”的特別排放限值控制要求,屬全國最嚴(yán)限值。特排限值具體執(zhí)行時限、范圍由各地級以上市人民政府規(guī)定,可滿足全省不同區(qū)域?qū)Υ髿猸h(huán)境管理的差異化需求。
二是本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)充分結(jié)合國家《揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物無組織排放控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB 37822- -2019 ),對汽車制造業(yè)VOCs無組織排放管控提出了全面要求,進(jìn)一步提升行業(yè)無組織管控水平。
三是針對汽車制造業(yè)表面涂裝工序中VOCs產(chǎn)生量較大的罩光漆噴涂工序,系統(tǒng)性提出了尾氣收集及尾氣處理效率的指標(biāo)要求(工藝尾氣治理設(shè)施對非甲烷總烴的處理效率不低于90% ) , 為削減汽車行業(yè)VOCs排放明確相關(guān)條件。
允許排放濃度具體情況:苯要嚴(yán)于廣東、天津、重慶、上海、江蘇、河北、浙江、福建、陜西等省市現(xiàn)行地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn),甲苯與二甲苯均嚴(yán)于廣東、天津、重慶、河北、陜西等省市現(xiàn)行地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn);苯系物嚴(yán)于廣東、重慶、上海、浙江等省市現(xiàn)行地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn);非甲烷總烴嚴(yán)于河北、浙江、福建等省現(xiàn)行地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
據(jù)悉,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原定實施日期為今年7月1日,鑒于2020年初全球新冠肺炎疫情影響,湖北省大部分汽車企業(yè)處于停產(chǎn)狀態(tài),相關(guān)企業(yè)VOCs治理設(shè)施/設(shè)備無法實施采購、相關(guān)進(jìn)口設(shè)備無法按時到貨安裝。難以在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原定的實施日期7月1日前完成提標(biāo)改造。考慮到全省環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的實際情況,為促進(jìn)企業(yè)疫后復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn),經(jīng)省市場監(jiān)管局、省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳研究并報請省人民政府批準(zhǔn),將本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實施時間延期至2021年1月1日。

以“智造”來定義自己的零跑汽車日前于杭州舉辦了一場聲勢浩大的合作伙伴大會，并在會上公布了對旗下產(chǎn)品的未來規(guī)劃。其中首款主打產(chǎn)品S01定位為兩門四座純電動轎跑車，新車的設(shè)計非常獨特，有一股美式肌肉車的味道。其核心的電驅(qū)、電控系統(tǒng)將全部由零跑自主研發(fā)設(shè)計，電池部分使用與特斯拉同規(guī)格的18650電池，由比克提供電芯并自行Pack組裝。新車的預(yù)計最大續(xù)航里程為360km，NEDC工況下為250km。
零跑S01的車身尺寸不大，長寬高分別為：4075*1760*1380mm，軸距2500mm，看起來比較小巧，比較夸張的前臉造型可以讓人非常容易記住它。
新車的配置非常全面，LED大燈、無框車門、運動座椅等非常時尚搶眼?？萍寂渲蒙贤瑯硬缓?，車內(nèi)配有兩塊大屏，支持車機(jī)互聯(lián)、遠(yuǎn)程控制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺/音樂等。此外，零跑S01量產(chǎn)車型將會達(dá)到L2級別的輔助駕駛水準(zhǔn)，提供自適應(yīng)巡航、車道偏離預(yù)警、車道保持、防疲勞駕駛等安全配置，未來還將通過軟件升級，達(dá)到L3級別。
零跑來自哪里? 要做什么？

而在產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)方面，零跑準(zhǔn)備了三大平臺，不同路線的產(chǎn)品計劃。其中S平臺主要用于小型純電動汽車，T平臺為純電動微型車，C平臺則對應(yīng)緊湊級/中型純電動汽車。全線產(chǎn)品將標(biāo)配L2級別智能輔助駕駛功能，同時具備隨時升級到L3級別的硬件儲備。
得益于背后處于國際一流安防技術(shù)企業(yè)大華股份的支持，零跑在車載智能系統(tǒng)、人臉識別系統(tǒng)上具有先天的優(yōu)勢。以零跑S01為例，車輛將搭載9個攝像頭、12組超聲波雷達(dá)、1個毫米波雷達(dá)以及HDCVI和深度學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)。除了我們現(xiàn)在比較熟悉的智能輔助駕駛功能外，S01還可以實現(xiàn)720°的環(huán)視影像系統(tǒng)、一鍵自動泊車、人臉識別（通過識別駕駛員的人臉特征，定義車輛的座椅、方向盤位置，以及自動搜尋喜愛的音樂、興趣點等，目前對私車輛可以最多儲存10組人臉記憶）。
